About me

My name is Jani. I'm a calisthenics coach and the creator of JRJ Fit.I trained in the gym for years before discovering calisthenics. The thing that hooked me was how honest it is — there's no machine to hide behind, no weight stack to ego-lift. Your body is the resistance. Your form is the limit. Either you can do the move or you can't, and the only way to "can" is to put in the work.Since I started training bodyweight seriously, I've mastered most of the foundational and advanced calisthenics skills — front lever, muscle-up, human flag, straddle planche. Now I help people get there too, mostly online. I built the JRJ Fit App because the most common message I get is some version of "where do I start?" The app answers that question for hundreds of people at once, with structured progression instead of random YouTube videos.
My goal is simple: show you that great fitness doesn't need a gym. Just consistency, smart progression, and the right instruction. I'm here for the second two.
