About me

My name is Jani, known as JRJ Fit in social media and I specialize in calisthenics and bodyweight training. I used to train in the gym for many years, but over time I found traditional gym workouts boring and limiting when it came to functional strength and real-world movement. Searching for a more dynamic approach to fitness led me to calisthenics about three years ago. Then, from the moment I gave it a try, I fell in love with its simplicity, effectiveness, and the way it challenges the body in natural and athletic ways.  Since discovering calisthenics, I’ve devoted myself to mastering advanced bodyweight skills and developing training methods that help others get fit and strong without needing a gym. Today I help people online with starting calisthenics, offer structured programs (from Beginner Guides to specialized progressions like unlocking the muscle-up), and strive to inspire others to realize that great fitness doesn’t require expensive equipment or a gym membership.
My goal is to show you how you don’t even need a gym to work out — just consistency, creativity, and the right instruction — and I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
